Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

1 Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

2 Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

3 Refund Process: If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
